To boil pasta:
- 1/2 packet San Remo Fettuccini
- Water
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- sufficient amount of vitalite sunflower oil
- 2 eggs (omega-3)
- ayamas black pepper cocktails - cubed
- self chopped/minced pork (less fats) - marinated with oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, shao xing wine, sesame oil, corn flour.
- 1 packet enoki mushroom
- 1 carrot - cubed
- lots of huge sliced onions
- a little of minced garlic
- shao xing chinese cooking wine
- 1 can Prego Cheese & Herbs
- tiny amount of vitalite sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk (2 tspn nestle omega plus milk powder + water)
- masterfoods italian herbs
